LATE Dr. GOVINDA RAO MASINA – FOUNDER
He did his M.Sc and P.hd from the prestigious Andhra university, Visakhapatnam and Postgraduate Diploma in Forestry (A.I.F.C) from Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun.
He has authored many research papers that are published in National and International journals. He is also Alumni of Maxwell School of Public Policy and Research, Syracuse University, U.S.A.
He belongs to the 1984 batch of Indian Forest Service. He served there for 32 years in different capacities in the State of Tamil Nadu,India. There, he got a vibrant experience in Corporate Management and was soon made to be the Managing Director of Tamilnadu Forest Plantation Corporation Ltd (TAFCORN) which is one of the profit making Public Sector, Undertakings of Government of Tamilnadu. He was also Member Secretary of Tamilnadu, Biodiversty Board.
Mr Govinda Rao is known for his Project Management skills, and this was evident when he was made as the Project Director (Admin&Finance) for the Tamilnadu Biodiversity Conservation and Greening Project funded by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency. With all these managerial experience , he is captaining Globesteer to move in the right direction.
VENKATA ANKUSH MASINA – DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS & MARKETING
Ankush is a B.Tech Computer Science, and an MBA, MIS graduate. His B.Tech degree was from SRM University, Chennai and his MBA & MIS degrees were from Deakin University, Australia. He acquired his Marketing, Supply chain management, Data analytics and Business requirements analysis skills during his higher education in Australia. After working in Australia and understanding the needs of India, he came back to kickstart Globesteer and since then, he has been looking into various aspects to cater India to fit into the International standards.
